Laurie Jaena
Laurie Jaena started her career in aesthetics in 2007 and quickly fell in love with the industry. Laurie spent 9+ years at the office of a Plastic Surgeon and co-founded a school to teach medical professionals everything they need to know to run a successful injectable business. In 2017 Laurie left to pursue a career in medspa consulting. In her position she offers such services as social media management, staffing issues and conflict resolutions, interviewing potential staff, blogs, website content, bookkeeping services, open house events, staff training, writing policy and procedure manuals, and filling in for medspa staff as needed, just to name a few things.
Laurie is responsible for all the social media posts and blogs you see for Younger Faces By RNs. In addition to consulting, Laurie regularly provides management services for Younger Faces By RNs. Laurie lives in Tewksbury, MA and in her spare time she enjoys traveling, shopping, reading and camping.
Kristi Keaveney
Kristi is a graduate from the University of New Hampshire. She has been a nurse for 21 years at Massachusetts General Hospital specializing in both the Neonatal ICU and Special Care Nursery. Kristi has always enjoyed making people feel good about themselves. Prior to her nursing career Kristi worked as a wellness trainer at the Jewish Memorial Hospital where she developed exercise routines and healthy living habits for individuals with extreme weight and health issues.
Kristi lives in Reading, Massachusetts with her husband and four children. She has worked with Diane since the beginning of her nursing career and is excited to continue working with Diane as a member of the nursing team for Younger Faces By RNs.
Staci O’Brien
Staci is a graduate of Northeastern University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has been a nurse for over 24 years in Boston’s leading hospitals. She is currently a neonatal, ICU nurse and charge nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Staci is excited to be working once again with her colleague Diane Ratner, RN. Staci offers laser and skin care services at Younger Faces By RNs.
Staci loves being a mom to her two sons. During her free time Staci enjoys making crafts and traveling. Staci is also dedicated to volunteering her time and donating to the less fortunate.
Lonna Woodfin
Lonna is a graduate of Salem State University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has been a nurse for over 25 years working in patient and community based health. Lonna’s clinical experience and areas of interest include vascular surgical, community/public health, urgent care and health education, promotion and prevention.
Lonna is excited to be a part of Younger Faces By RNs team offering laser and skin care services.
Rachel Gross
Rachel Gross has been with Younger Faces By RNs since 2015 as the Practice Coordinator. In her role Rachel keeps the day running smoothly and she enjoys meeting all the new people who come through the door. In her spare time Rachel enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three kids.
